I am Jaye. I was born in Chongqing, China. I am currently studying at USC in Los Angeles, majoring in film and television production. As a student, I hope to accumulate both conceptual acumen and hands-on experience. In the long run, I hope to continue to tell stories that matter to people. To explore, to venture into issues that have been unduly subdued in the public discourse, and to represent them through my filmic lens is what I believe is my lifelong calling. I want to bring those imaginary images to the screen, and hopefully ignite resonance across time and space in an increasingly divided and homogenous world.
